At Estate Organizers, we see more than items.
We see stories waiting to be shared and cherished.

Our mission
Is to honor the lives and legacies of those who came before by connecting their life’s work & treasures with those who will continue their journey & tell their story.
In every estate we organize, we uncover pieces with the power to inspire and create new stories — like the quilts and appliquéd panels of master seamstress “Terees.”
Her intricate work not only brought beauty to her organized Mukilteo Estate, but also sparked creativity in a young quilter determined to carry on her artistry.
Our process
Is to start by consulting our clients to asses their specific needs.
We build a framework for estate organization.
Collections are curated, then enhanced by their environment.
News clippings, photos, medals, 35mm slides, artisan works & remnants are just some of the pieces connecting a timeline to a life’s journey.
We tell stories. True ones, of course.
Stories of our client’s lives & life’s work, with permission, of course. Stories of rare finds.
We showcase vintage, antiques & collectables to push their stories into the digital age. We talk about everyday items from a bygone era, as it may be the last time you see some of the things we uncover.
We create events out of our client’s estates, both on-site & off-site, along with online exclusives.
In doing so, we strike a balance of value for our estate clients & buyers.
Our vision
Is to transform estate sales into opportunities for legacies to live on.
To capture moments in history, preserve culture, and ensure stories & items are relevant to the modern world.
With organization, transparency & storytelling at the core of Estate Organizers, we’ll continue to share true, living stories.
